What you’ll do:

• Speak with clients to understand hiring needs
• Find and connect with candidates for open roles
• Manage the process from first call through to offer
• Write and post job ads, and promote roles online
• Build relationships and develop new business

What we’re looking for:

• Confident communicator who enjoys speaking with new people and building relationships
• Motivated, competitive, and driven by targets and results
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-led environment where priorities can change quickly
• Any experience in sales, recruitment, retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing roles is helpful, but not required—we’re more interested in attitude and willingness to learn
