Role Description
Annar Agency is seeking a Content Creator \& Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a part-time, hybrid position based in the San Francisco Bay Area, combining on-site content creation with remote marketing and creative work.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both the creative and strategic sides of marketing. The successful candidate will assist with photo and video production, content creation, editing, social media management, marketing campaigns, and brand development across multiple businesses and client accounts.
As the company grows, this role offers opportunities for increased responsibility and leadership within the creative and marketing team.
Responsibilities
- Assist with photo and video shoots for clients and internal brands
- Capture behind-the-scenes content and social media content
- Edit photos and short-form videos for social media
- Create Instagram Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, and other digital content
- Assist with content planning and content calendars
- Help manage social media accounts and scheduling
- Write captions and support marketing campaigns
- Organize and manage digital media assets
- Assist with branding, website, and creative projects
- Support multiple businesses and client accounts simultaneously
Qualifications
- Passion for content creation, photography, videography, and marketing
- Experience creating content for social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Familiarity with Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, Canva, or similar tools
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Strong attention to detail
- Professional and client-focused mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with photography or videography
- Experience editing short-form content
- Experience managing social media accounts
- Experience with graphic design or branding
- Familiarity with WordPress or website management
- Understanding of marketing fundamentals and content strategy
- Interest in entrepreneurship and growing businesses
