$250,000-$275,000 \+ 25% STI

Must have skills:

• Proven experience as a CTO in a growth stage or mid market environment
• Track Record of building and scaling proprietary platforms
• Strong mix of hands on technical depth and executive leadership
• Experience operating in data heavy and/or regulated environments
• Ability to translate business strategy into technology roadmaps and execution

Responsibilities:

• Lead overall technology strategy, including platform, product, engineering, and data functions
• Drive platform scalability and modernization, improving performance, reliability, and long term architecture
• Partner with executive leadership to align technology with business growth and new product initiatives
• Oversee technology operations, including system performance, compliance, and security
• Build and scale a high performing engineering and technology organization, establishing structure, process, and accountability
