Margin Protection \& Cost Optimization

  • Protect project economics through disciplined engineering oversight and value engineering initiatives.
  • Support negotiations with investors, Sellers, Buyers, EPC contractors, suppliers, and engineering consultants when design scope impacts project cost.

M\&A Technical Due Diligence

  • With the support of in-house engineering, and external consulting engineers (when necessary), manage technical diligence for potential project acquisitions and portfolio investments.
  • Evaluate engineering risks related to design assumptions, interconnection constraints, permitting, equipment selection, and constructability.
  • Provide clear technical insight to support investment and development decisions.

Engineering Capability \& Organizational Excellence

  • Mentor engineering staff and promote technical excellence across the team.
  • Continuously improve engineering tools, workflows, and standards to support portfolio growth.
  • Foster collaboration across development, engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
