I’m recruiting on behalf of a high‑growth, deeply technical product company operating in regulated, life‑sciences environments. They build software that underpins real‑world, mission‑critical outcomes, and they now need a senior delivery leader to own execution end to end.

• This is not a coordination role.
• This is a delivery ownership role at the top percentile.

The role

As Head of Product Delivery, you are the person who keeps the drum beating, and knows when to slow it or drown it out. You own delivery across Product, Engineering, Design, Data and AI, ensuring strategy turns into shipped outcomes at pace.

You sit between Product and Engineering, with enough commercial awareness to prioritise hard, and enough technical or product depth to never lose credibility with builders.

This is a strategic delivery leadership role, but one that stays close to the work. You are accountable for targets, outcomes, and speed, not just process.

What you’ll be responsible for

• Owning delivery across the entire product org, acting as the single point of accountability

• Setting the operating rhythm and holding teams to it

• Driving speed to delivery in regulated environments (months, not years)

• Balancing agility and lean delivery with real product ownership

• Building and leading a high‑performance delivery function (with 1–2 leaders reporting into you)

• Raising the bar on execution quality, predictability, and pace

• Knowing when to push teams hard — and when to protect them so delivery doesn’t break

• Ensuring frontend, engineering, data and AI efforts land as cohesive, delivered product

• Turning innovation into shipped outcomes, not slideware

Who this role is for

Experience they’re looking for

• Senior delivery leadership across complex, multi‑team products
• Background in Product, Engineering, or Programme leadership
• Proven examples of accelerating delivery in regulated environments (e.g. fintech, life sciences, healthcare)
• Experience delivering complex products fast, with scale and real constraints
• Strong opinions on what high performance looks like — and why
• Track record of raising standards, not accommodating mediocrity
