Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist Supply Chain Team with quoting parts for US Government and Military programs, process compliance packages and create Purchase Order documentation in SAP
- Collaborate with Military Program Manager and attend IPT meetings
- Follow up communication with status of Purchase Orders and expected delivery date
- Assist Supply Chain Team with incoming receiving holds, clear holds, and transfer parts to cleared rack for receipt in SAP
- Update receiving hold log with current status
- Will need to interact with other Supply Chain, Program Management and Quality team members on-site
- Requirements:
- SAP experience is needed
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Excellent Computer skills and SAP experience is required.
- Familiarity with FARS and DFARS
- Education:
- Associates Degree (but Bachelor's Degree preferred) and Minimum (3) years of Experience.
