Job Description
We are hiring a full-time E-Commerce Email Marketing Manager to own email strategy and execution across multiple DTC brands for a fast-growing marketing agency. This role is responsible for building lifecycle flows, managing campaign calendars, improving retention, and driving revenue through email. You’ll work closely with founders, designers, copywriters, and paid media teams to ensure email is fully integrated into each brand’s growth strategy.
This is not just a “newsletter” role. We need someone who understands how email impacts LTV, conversion, retention, and customer behavior — and can make data-driven decisions to improve performance. Full-time. Fully remote. Must be ENGLISH-SPEAKING.
Hours: 9am–5pm EST.
Salary: $2100 /mo
Key Responsibilities
- Own email marketing strategy and execution across multiple e-commerce brands
- Build and optimize lifecycle flows including welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, winback, replenishment, and promotional automations
- Plan and manage campaign calendars around launches, promotions, and seasonal events
- Analyze performance metrics including revenue, CTR, CVR, deliverability, and customer retention
- Run A/B tests on subject lines, creative, offers, messaging, and send timing
- Work with designers and copywriters to create high-performing, on-brand campaigns
- Manage and maintain Klaviyo accounts and supporting ESP tools
- Monitor list health, segmentation, deliverability, and email engagement trends
- Identify opportunities to improve retention and increase customer lifetime value
- Stay current on e-commerce email trends and apply learnings across accounts
Key Qualifications
- 2–5\+ years of hands-on e-commerce email marketing experience
- Deep experience with Klaviyo (required)
- Proven ability to drive revenue through lifecycle and retention marketing
- Strong understanding of segmentation, personalization, and automation strategy
- Comfortable analyzing data and making performance-based recommendations
- Strong communication skills and good creative instincts
- Experience working with multiple brands or accounts simultaneously
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced agency environment
- Must own and be able to use a working computer with high-speed internet
- Must be ENGLISH-SPEAKING
Nice to Have
- SMS marketing experience
- CRO or funnel optimization background
- Experience working in an agency environment
- Familiarity with Shopify and e-commerce tech stacks
- Copywriting or creative direction experience
