  • Identify emerging trends, platform shifts, and cultural moments that create opportunities for the brand to lead conversations.
  • Establish content pillars and storytelling frameworks that balance brand building with business performance.
  • Translate product launches, seasonal campaigns, store openings, and key brand moments into social-first strategies.

Content \& Creative Leadership

  • Lead the development of culturally relevant, platform-native content across all social channels.
  • Direct and develop a team of Social Managers and Content Creators, providing clear creative guidance and actionable feedback.
  • Guide content concepts, hooks, storytelling, filming approaches, editing styles, and platform-specific execution.
  • Partner with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Stylists, and Production teams to deliver compelling, on-brand content.
  • Balance trend-driven, creator-led, editorial, product-focused, and lifestyle content.

  • Establish efficient content calendars, workflows, and production processes to support high-volume execution.

Team \& Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Mentor and develop a high-performing social team, fostering creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with Influencer Marketing, E-commerce, Retail, Paid Media, PR, and Merchandising to ensure social is integrated into major brand initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Paid Media and Growth teams to identify and amplify high-performing organic content.
  • Serve as the voice of the social audience internally, sharing cultural insights and opportunities that inform broader brand decisions.
  • Identify future team needs and opportunities to scale the social organization.

Analytics \& Performance

  • Own social reporting, KPI development, and performance analysis across all channels.
  • Monitor content performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Identify winning formats and scale successful content strategies across platforms.
  • Measure the impact of social on engagement, audience growth, traffic, conversion, and customer acquisition.
  • Present performance recaps and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.

Qualifications
