The Director of Integration, Architecture \& Operations Support is a strategic and operational leader responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of Integrated Supply Chain’s (ISC) mission-critical systems across Planning, Sourcing, Procurement and Factory Operations. This leader drives operational excellence, modernizes support models, and partners closely with business and technology executives to deliver reliable, scalable, and high-quality technology services. The leader will also provide cross integration support for technical architecture solutions for all the ISC applications.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the enterprise operations strategy for Planning, Sourcing, Procurement and Factory Operations systems.
- Lead 24/7 global production support teams ensuring system uptime, performance, and resilience.
- Work with Aero IT Operations team to maintain the agreed upon SLAs for P1s-P4s.
- Oversee incidents, problems, and change management processes with a focus on root-cause elimination.
- Work with Aero IT Operations team to develop a robust process to optimize and automate the execution of service requests and tickets across the applications and platforms for ISC. That would include development of AI agents.
- Implement proactive monitoring, observability, and alerting strategies.
- Oversee operational support for ISC and related bolt-on ecosystems.
- Establish strong operational governance, including change control and risk management.
- Provide cross integration support for technical architecture solutions for all the ISC applications.
- Build, mentor, and develop high-performing operations and support teams.
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- 12\+ years of IT operations or service delivery leadership experience.
- Deep expertise in various ISC IT Apps and bolt-on ecosystems.
- Experience supporting IT digital platforms and IT architecture.
- Strong understanding of financial systems and data flows.
- Proven track record leading global 24/7 operations teams.
- Strong command of ITIL, SRE, and DevOps principles.
- Exceptional communication and executive influence skills.

- Background in regulated industries.
- Strong vendor management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
