Compensation: 65k-95k

What You'll Do:

• Hands-on experience developing reports and dashboards in Power BI, including semantic model design, DAX development, and dataset optimization
• Experience administering or supporting Azure SQL, SQL Server, or Azure SQL Managed Instance environments, including database maintenance and security
• Experience with ETL/ELT pipeline development or administration, including Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Microsoft Fabric pipelines, or similar tools
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Data Entities and BYOD export structures
• Self-starter with strong initiative and the ability to manage tasks and communicate progress independently in a small-team environment
• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, including Lakehouse, Data Factory pipelines, Dataflows Gen2, and OneLake
• Exposure to Python, Spark, or other modern data engineering or scripting tools
• Interest in or hands-on experience with AI tools, chatbots, or workflow automation — particularly Microsoft Copilot Studio or similar platforms
• Familiarity with JSON data formats and integration patterns
• Experience working in engineering or manufacturing environment.

What Experience You'll Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a closely related field
• Demonstrated professional or internship experience in business intelligence development, with a clear track record of delivering BI solutions
• Proficiency in SQL, including writing complex queries, joins, stored procedures, and views for reporting and data transformation purposes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and a commitment to data quality and accuracy
• Understanding of data warehousing, dimensional modeling, and relational data modeling concepts
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate business requirements into BI solutions
