who enjoys solving data challenges at the intersection of life sciences and software engineering.

Role Description

• Data Integration:

Perform ETL tasks to migrate and map clinical/biological data.

• Technical Configuration:

Manage system metadata and study designs using

JSON

.

• Frontend Logic:

Use JavaScript for UI-side validations and custom field behaviors.

• Quality Assurance:

Execute functional testing to ensure software meets biobanking standards.

• User Support:

Troubleshoot technical queries and provide clear documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Bioinformatics, Computer Science, Biology, or a related field
• Experience in software systems used in healthcare or life sciences is a plus
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, R, etc) \& SQL
• Must have completed coding projects (e.g., GitHub, academic projects, or internships) demonstrating technical problem-solving.
