Role Description
The Sales \& BPO Leadership Training Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Islamabad. This role is responsible for designing, delivering, and refining leadership development programs and product enablement training. On a day-to-day basis, the specialist will conduct in-person training sessions, facilitate group discussions, and coach participants on communication, professional behavior, and career readiness. The role includes creating instructional materials, training curricula, and practical exercises tailored to leadership, teamwork, and workplace skills. The specialist will also gather feedback, evaluate training effectiveness, collaborate with BPO, and support events such as seminars, bootcamps, and career development programs.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including presentation, public speaking, and facilitation abilities.
- Demonstrated experience in Training \& Development and Training, particularly in leadership or soft skills programs.
- Experience of BPO industry and products: such as Mortgage, Final Expense, Solar, Telco and more.
- Customer Service mindset to support learners, respond to questions, and build positive participant experiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in education, Psychology, Business, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proven experience delivering training on sales, soft skills, communications, products (final expense, solar, mortgage) to BPO professionals.
- Ability to plan and manage multiple training sessions, with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Comfort working on-site in a collaborative environment in Islamabad, with a commitment to learner-centered development.
