Royal Flush Services is one of the fastest-growing portable sanitation companies in the West, serving construction, events, municipalities, and commercial customers across multiple states.

With 6 branches in 4 states, we're looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead our mature Portland branch, and build a culture of accountability, teamwork, safety, and exceptional customer service.

This is not a desk job. It’s a hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys solving problems, developing people, improving processes, and building a high-performing operation.

What You'll Do

As Branch/Operations Manager, you'll oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring customers receive outstanding service while your team operates safely, efficiently, and profitably.

You'll be responsible for:

• Leading drivers, dispatch, yard personnel, shop staff, and field operations
• Managing daily routing, scheduling, and operational execution
• Monitoring service quality, route efficiency, labor utilization, and customer satisfaction
• Coaching employees and building a culture of accountability
• Partnering with sales, billing, and senior leadership to solve operational challenges
• Reviewing operational reports, KPIs, and performance metrics
• Maintaining DOT, fleet, and safety compliance
• Managing staffing, scheduling, payroll approvals, and operational planning
• Ensuring the yard, fleet, equipment, and facilities reflect Royal Flush standards
• Driving continuous improvement across the operation

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is a confident operational leader who is structured and organized, that enjoys building strong teams and creating efficient operations.

We're looking for someone who has:

• 3\+ years of operations leadership experience
• Experience managing frontline teams in liquid waste, logistics, transportation, construction services, trash, manufacturing, or similar industries
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Experience improving operational efficiency and controlling costs
• Strong decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment
• Experience using routing, logistics, or operations software
• A commitment to safety, quality, and customer service
