Role Description

The Marketing Manager will serve as a key partner to the Founder, driving all brand-facing marketing initiatives while supporting the day-to-day execution of the business. This role blends strategy, creative direction, and hands-on design execution—ensuring a cohesive brand presence across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

Brand \& Marketing Strategy

  • Own and execute the global marketing calendar across product launches, seasonal campaigns, and key brand moments
  • Translate collection narratives into cohesive, multi-channel marketing strategies
  • Oversee content direction across digital platforms, ensuring alignment with brand voice and visual identity
  • Drive performance marketing initiatives in collaboration with external partners (paid social, Google, email)

Creative \& Design Execution

  • Design and produce marketing assets across all channels, including social, email, website, and wholesale materials
  • Develop on-brand graphics, layouts, and visual storytelling that reflect the brand’s elevated positioning
  • Work closely with external creatives (photographers, stylists, videographers) to ensure consistency across all outputs
  • Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across digital and physical touchpoints

Content \& Campaign Oversight

  • Manage content creation across campaigns, e-commerce, and social, including shoot coordination and asset delivery
  • Oversee product storytelling and copy across all channels
  • Ensure all launches and campaigns are executed with a strong, cohesive visual and narrative direction

Sample \& Press Coordination

  • Manage all inbound and outbound sample trafficking in support of the external PR team
  • Maintain detailed tracking of sample inventory, loans, returns, and timelines
  • Coordinate closely with the PR agency to ensure timely fulfillment of editorial and stylist requests
  • Ensure all samples are accounted for, returned, and maintained in presentation-ready condition

E-Commerce \& Wholesale Support

  • Align marketing efforts with sales channels including DTC, wholesale, and marketplace partners
  • Support product launches on key platforms (e.g., Moda Operandi) with tailored marketing and storytelling
  • Monitor and optimize customer-facing messaging, ensuring clarity in fit, product details, and brand positioning

Founder Support \& Special Projects

  • Act as a strategic right hand to the Founder, supporting day-to-day priorities and high-impact initiatives
  • Lead and execute ad hoc projects across brand, operations, and partnerships as they arise
  • Bring structure and follow-through to nuanced, cross-functional projects that require discretion and precision

Qualifications

  • 2–4\+ years of experience in fashion marketing or brand management, preferably within luxury or contemporary footwear/apparel
  • Strong design capabilities (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or equivalent) with a refined visual sensibility
  • Deep understanding of brand storytelling, digital marketing, and content creation
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Experience managing samples or working alongside PR teams is a strong plus
  • Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable navigating both strategic planning and execution
