The Brand Image Manager, Wholesale, Special Projects supports the design and development of creative presentation initiatives, including marketing events, activations, windows, and strike point rollouts. The manager will work in small teams focused on simultaneous projects, design renders, as well as project tracking. Partnerships will include consultants outside of Ralph Lauren and internal partners and stakeholders.

  • Partner with Creative Directors and Designers to develop concepts, storyboards, and 3D renders for presentations, events, windows, and in-store visual elements.
  • Translate creative direction into tangible design deliverables that support brand storytelling.
  • Maintain consistency of brand voice, aesthetics, and experience across all initiatives.
  • Oversee multiple projects from concept to completion, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards, timelines, and budgets.
  • Manage detailed project calendars, status reports, and milestone tracking.
  • Coordinate approvals, feedback loops, and revisions with internal teams and external partners.
  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned projects, facilitating clear communication between creative teams, marketing, production, and external consultants.
  • Work closely with vendors, fabricators, and agencies to ensure design integrity through production and installation.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align creative output with strategic objectives.
  • Oversee the preparation and delivery of presentation materials, prototypes, and installation guidelines.
  • Support on-site at events, activations, and installations as needed to ensure flawless execution

Salary range: $65,000 - $129,225 annually,

  • Experience in retail project design
  • Experience developing design packages
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
  • AutoCAD and/or SketchUp proficiency a plus
  • Project Management experience, including budgets, schedules, and vendor management.
  • Experience in creative services, retail design, experiential marketing, or visual merchandising, preferably within a luxury or lifestyle brand.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects with tight timelines.
  • Strong proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Rhino, or similar rendering programs.
  • Solid understanding of production processes, fabrication methods, and material sourcing.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed for project support.
