Job Description
JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for developing and executing plans and initiatives to achieve the broader short and long-term marketing strategy and company objectives. The Manager collaborates with Consumer Insights and finance, take a lead in managing vendor partners and all aspects of the brand to ensure the brand remains relevant to consumers and that all initiatives support the brand promise.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Develop, align and implement brand strategy to deliver category KPIs in alignment with the principal/supplier.
- Work with internal cross functional teams (Sales, Finance, Logistics, operational team etc).
- Responsible for management and control of promotion and trade marketing budgets.
- Responsible to achieve targeted revenue, market share and P\&L
- Lead all product related developments that are aligned cross-functionally.
EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATION \& SKILLS
- Masters Degree or equivalent
- Minimum 5-6 years of experience in FMCG Trade Marketing
- High analytical and data management skills
- Excellent in communication and presentation
- Excellent organizational skills
- Demonstrable aptitude in effective negotiating
- Familiarity with market research, data analysis and forecasting techniques
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
