The Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Brand Marketing Manager to join the Naked Wolfe team in Los Angeles. Reporting directly to the founders, this individual will be responsible for developing and executing brand marketing initiatives across PR, campaign production, and experiential activations on a global scale.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who takes ownership of projects from concept through to completion. We are looking for someone who brings ideas to the table, has the initiative to act on them independently, and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute brand marketing campaigns for new product launches, seasonal moments, and key brand initiatives.
- Plan and oversee photo and video shoot production, including creative direction, talent, styling, and location management.
- Manage PR and media relations, including maintaining press contacts, coordinating product seeding, and securing coverage across fashion and lifestyle publications.
- Conceptualize and execute experiential activations, including pop-up events and out-of-home campaigns, managing all logistics from brief through to delivery.
- Identify and develop brand partnership and collaboration opportunities aligned with the Naked Wolfe aesthetic and target audience.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints and communications.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in brand marketing, PR, or campaign production within fashion, footwear, or premium lifestyle.
- Proven track record of developing and delivering brand campaigns and activations, with a portfolio demonstrating creative and strategic ownership.
- Established relationships with fashion and lifestyle media, including editors, stylists, and journalists.
- Experience managing shoot production and live events end-to-end, including budget and vendor management.
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive initiatives forward with minimal direction.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, founder-led environment where adaptability and initiative are essential.
