Build a Scalable Visual System for the Distribution Economy

Most brands look good and still fail.

Because they rely on:

  • one-off designs
  • inconsistent visuals
  • no system behind the brand

That doesn’t scale.

We’re building something different.

creatorXchange is building the infrastructure for the

distribution economy

. That requires a brand that is not just visually strong, but systemized so it can scale across:

  • campaigns
  • funnels
  • workshops
  • operator-led execution

This role exists to build that system.

What You’re Stepping Into

You are not here to “make things look good.”

You are here to

build a brand system that others can use without breaking it

.

Everything you create must be:

  • consistent
  • repeatable
  • easy to apply
  • hard to misuse

If the brand falls apart when others touch it, it’s broken.

What You’ll Actually Do

You will:

  • Define and evolve the visual system for creatorXchange
  • Create reusable design systems for funnels, pages, and campaigns
  • Ensure consistency across all touchpoints
  • Work closely with builders (funnels, website, content)
  • Translate brand into assets that can scale across operators

This is not isolated design work.

This is system design.

What This Role Is NOT

  • Not logo design
  • Not one-off creative work
  • Not purely artistic expression

If your work is mostly standalone visuals without systems behind them, this is not the role.

If you do this right:

  • the brand scales cleanly across everything
  • operators can execute without breaking consistency
  • the company looks cohesive at every level

If this fails:

  • brand becomes fragmented
  • execution looks inconsistent
  • trust and perception drop

This is a foundational system.

What You Bring

You’ve:

  • Built design systems, not just individual assets
  • Worked across multiple surfaces (web, funnels, content, etc.)
  • Maintained consistency across fast-moving environments

You think in:

  • systems, not assets
  • consistency, not creativity alone
  • usability, not just aesthetics

You design for scale.

What You Get

  • Ownership over the visual system of the company
  • Direct impact on how the brand is perceived at scale
  • Ability to build something that thousands of operators will use
  • Exposure to a new category, the distribution economy

How We Hire

We do not hire based on portfolios alone.

Process:

  1. Video application
  2. Group interview
  3. Deep dive interview
  4. Paid test (you will systemize or improve a real brand asset)

We hire based on how you think and execute.

Final Filter

If you:

  • focus only on aesthetics without system thinking
  • create designs that require constant oversight
  • struggle to maintain consistency across outputs

This will not work.
