Role Description
The Business Analyst supports organizational decision-making by gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and translating data into actionable insights. This role focuses on bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that systems, processes, and strategies align with organizational objectives. The analyst works closely with stakeholders to understand challenges, define requirements, and deliver structured solutions that improve efficiency and performance.
