About the Role:

We are looking for a highly analytical

Business Analyst

to work closely with the Client Success team to analyze business processes, track KPIs, and support data-driven decision-making. The role involves translating business problems into data insights and driving process improvements through analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track business KPIs and analyze the end-to-end data funnel to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather and implement analytical requirements.
• Translate business problems into data-driven solutions.
• Identify customer friction points and provide scalable insights.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Streamline and automate data processes to improve efficiency.
• Support strategic initiatives using data and analytics.

Key Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in Business/Data Analytics.
• Strong skills in

SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint

; basic to intermediate

Python

.

• Experience with

BI tools (Metabase or similar)

and dashboard creation.

• Understanding of

data warehousing and statistical concepts

(hypothesis testing, regression, etc.).

• Ability to work with large datasets and derive actionable insights.
• Team leading experience is required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
