Compensation Range:

$120,000 - $130,000 base \+ 10% bonus

Job Description:

The AI Business Analyst will bridge business needs, Salesforce solutions, and emerging AI initiatives by translating ambiguous problems into structured, build-ready solutions that drive operational efficiency.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Own Salesforce administration and configuration (objects, fields, flows, dashboards)
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and uncover business pain points
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for developers
• Support testing, UAT, training, and implementation of solutions
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and AI-driven workflows
• Collaborate across departments to design scalable solutions and workflows
• Support early-stage AI initiatives by defining use cases and evaluating feasibility
• Work with product and engineering teams to shape solution roadmaps
• Operate in a consultative, discovery-heavy environment to define front-end problems

Requirements:

• Must-Haves:

+ 4-10 recent years of experience as a Business Analyst, RevOps Analyst, or similar

+ 1-2\+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration/configuration experience

+ Experience gathering requirements and translating them into build-ready specs

+ Strong stakeholder management across multiple departments

+ Proven ability to solve ambiguous problems and create structured solutions

+ Demonstrated interest in AI and automation for business applications

+ Excellent communication and documentation skills

+ Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving, and cross-functional environments

• Nice-to-Haves:

+ Experience in media, sports, entertainment, or agency environments

+ Exposure to AI tools, automation platforms, or workflow tools (e.g., Asana, Monday, Smartsheet)

+ Experience working with custom applications or internal tools

+ Background in high-growth or rapidly evolving organizations

+ Prior contract or contract-to-hire experience
