Job Description

Defining and implementing a common process baseline operations (\~70%) with \~30% variation reserved for regulatory or client-necessitated differences in each territory, enabling configuration (not customization) of platforms

Reduction in customization requests; successful multi-market rollout to realize measurable decrease in sustainment complexity and costs (qualitative until quantified). Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements through workshops, interviews, and stakeholder discussions across multiple regions

Documenting “happy flow” and variants per process domain (claims, underwriting, policy servicing, customer servicing).

Translate business needs into Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), process flows, and user stories

Work closely with program management, product owners, maket leades, compliance/leagal, and technology teams to ensure accurate functional design and alignment with client standards

Support AI model tuning and rule configuration by defining business logic, decision criteria, thresholds, and exception scenarios

Support UAT planning and execution, including test scenario design, defect analysis, coordination, and business sign-off

Relevant Experience

:

  • 10–15 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Process Analyst, preferably in large-scale \& multi territory insurance transformation programmes.
  • Regional process standardization experience by implementing a single digital platform(such as Salesforce) to multi countries
  • Previous hands-on experience in producing BRD, FSD, user stories, and functional process documentation.

Mandatory skills:

  • 10–15 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Process Analyst, preferably in large-scale/multi territory insurance transformation programmes (preferably APAC)
  • Strong domain expertise in insurance, with hands-on experience in any of these:
  • Life Insurance
  • Health Insurance
  • Employee Benefits (Group Health)
  • Proven experience producing BRD, FSD, user stories, and functional process documentation
  • Experience working in global, multi-territory delivery models with geographically distributed stakeholders
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills; comfortable engaging with senior business leaders
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and structured problem-solving capabilities
  • Exposure to AI, rules engines, or decision automation within insurance operations
