Business Analyst

Role Overview

We are seeking a structured, delivery-focused Business Analyst to support a complex Salesforce and integrated digital platform program.

This role partners closely with the Program Manager, delivery teams, and client stakeholders to ensure clear requirements, backlog readiness, reporting discipline, and delivery transparency.

You will play a critical role in governance, Jira optimization, documentation standards, and enabling high-performing delivery practices, while also helping elevate agile maturity across the organization.

What You Will Own

Requirements \& Backlog Management

• Facilitate requirements workshops with business and technical stakeholders
• Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and business rules
• Refine and create epics, features, and user stories aligned to delivery outcomes
• Maintain backlog readiness across multiple workstreams
• Ensure end-to-end traceability from requirements through development, testing, and UAT
• Create and maintain a centralized repository for requirements, business logic, and decisions to enable traceability and documentation efficiency

Business Process \& Documentation Excellence

• Create and maintain business process maps, workflows, and operating models
• Establish and enforce documentation standards and hygiene across distributed teams
• Maintain structured program artifacts and repository governance
• Drive documentation clarity, consistency, and accessibility across stakeholders
• Support knowledge transfer and transition to steady-state operations

Jira \& Delivery Tooling Ownership

• Own Jira configuration, board setup, and workflow optimization
• Ensure best-practice use of Jira aligned to industry standards and agile delivery models
• Maintain epics, features, user stories, and workflows with strong hygiene
• Contribute to sprint tracking, velocity insights, and reporting dashboards
• Enable delivery transparency through tooling and reporting discipline
• Provide recommendations to improve tooling, processes, and team efficiency

Reporting \& Governance Support

• Prepare weekly program status reports and executive summaries
• Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)
• Support steering committee materials and governance cadence
• Track action items, decisions, and follow-ups to ensure accountability
• Partner with PM to continuously improve delivery governance and reporting practices

UAT \& Release Support

• Coordinate UAT planning, execution, and defect tracking
• Ensure requirements traceability into test scenarios and validation
• Support release readiness, documentation, and go-live activities
• Assist with post-release stabilization and reporting

Delivery Enablement \& Agile Maturity

• Provide guidance and support to Program Managers during delivery to improve execution
• Recommend and implement best practices based on industry standards
• Help facilitate agile ways of working across teams and stakeholders
• Mini training sessions
• Enable clients to adopt agile delivery models and improve collaboration
• Contribute to overall delivery success through process improvement and team enablement

Nice to Have

• Experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or platform integrations)
• Exposure to enterprise-scale agile transformations
• Experience facilitating cross-functional workshops and stakeholder alignment sessions
