Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Business Analyst to drive business performance through data analysis, dashboard development, and business planning support. This role is responsible for transforming data into actionable insights, building interactive dashboards, and contributing to strategic planning and performance management to support the Finance and Revenue Growth Management functions.

The ideal candidate has strong expertise in Excel, Power BI, Power Query, and PowerPoint, and can effectively support leadership with data-driven planning and decision-making.

Main Objectives

1\. Drive Business Performance Through Data \& Insights

Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards while performing in-depth data analysis to deliver actionable insights that improve operational efficiency and support strategic decision-making. This includes not only financial performance data but also pricing, promotion effectiveness, and customer profitability.

2\. Support Business Planning \& Strategic Initiatives

Contribute to monthly performance reporting and forecasting processes by providing accurate analysis, financial modeling, performance tracking, and strategic recommendations aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance interactive dashboards for management reporting, including sales, financial performance, and promotion analysis
• Support the development of P\&L projections based on volume and trade spending
• Perform detailed data analysis to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
• Design and track KPIs aligned with strategic objectives
• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term business planning processes
• Prepare business performance reviews and variance analysis (Actual vs. Budget/Forecast)
• Build financial and operational models to support scenario planning
• Present insights and planning outcomes to management through structured, executive-level presentations
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reports
• Continuously improve reporting automation and planning frameworks

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field

Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Financial Analysis, or a related analytical role
• Experience in dashboard creation, KPI tracking, and performance reporting using Power BI
• Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, or business planning processes
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders

Technical Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, financial modeling, scenario analysis, and complex data analysis
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, with the ability to develop interactive dashboards
• Strong expertise in Power Query for data cleaning, transformation, and automation
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with the ability to deliver executive-level business and performance presentations
