About the Role:

le:We are seeking a highly analytical, business-focused Data Analyst to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. This role plays a critical part in transforming business objectives into actionable data solutions that drive informed decision-making, operational efficiency, and strategic grow.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Partnership \& Requirements Management

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives, operational challenges, and decision-making requirement
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to data, reporting, analytics, and performance measurment
• Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder interviews to identify business needs and opportunities.
• Act as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams throughout the project life cycle.

Data \& Analytics Solutions

• Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications for Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, and Business Intelligence teams.
• Define and standardize business metrics, KPIs, and reporting requirements aligned with organizational goals.
• Support the design, development, testing, and validation of dashboards, reports, data models, and analytical products.
• Perform data exploration and validation activities to ensure analytical outputs meet business expectations.

Stakeholder \& Project Collaboration

• Partner with cross-functional teams to prioritize analytics initiatives based on business impact and strategic value.
• Communicate project progress, risks, dependencies, and recommendations to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
• Drive alignment between business priorities and data initiatives to ensure successful solution delivery and adoption.
• Support change management efforts by promoting data literacy and encouraging the use of data-driven insights.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 3\+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Analysis, Analytics Consulting, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
• Proven experience gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements for data and analytics projects.
• Strong ability to translate complex business problems into clear technical requirements.
• Proficiency in SQL for data exploration, validation, and analysis.
• Hands-on experience with business intelligence and visualization tools such as Power BI.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working within Agile, Scrum, or other cross-functional delivery environment.

Preferred Qualifications.

• Experience working with public sector organizations, government data, or data transparency initiatives.
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and cloud-based analytics platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure.
• Experience creating business requirement documents (BRDs), user stories, process maps, and functional specifications.
• Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and master data management principles.
• Experience working with large-scale datasets, enterprise reporting solutions, and data products.
