Responsibilities

How will you make an impact in this role?

The analyst position serves as a strategic point designed to build an optimized information flow to enable leaders to take informed decisions.

This position exists to execute insightful reports and design optimized deliveries, performing a deep analysis of information and identifying trends and other useful data. Ranging from macroeconomic indicators and market research to sales team performance and portfolios trends, this position delivers valuable and actionable insights on a regular basis through Executive Summaries. It also assists with data and information visualization for executive presentations for senior-level forums.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

• 0-3 years of relevant work experience with Bachelor’s in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Actuarial Science, Economics, Mathematics, Finance, etc).
• Desirable of hands-on experience with SQL/Python/Excel (Pandas, NumPy, BigQuery).
• Desirable experience in Tableau/PowerBI visualizations, calculated fields, and code for hierarchy user access of data.
• Ability to translate technical and complex information into accessible presentations for different audiences.
• Project management experience, including planning, mobilization, execution, and delivery.
• Strong teamwork required with their colleagues and other teams, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to effectively communicate findings, both verbally and in writing, in Spanish and English.
• Skill in influencing and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, managing multiple priorities with attention to detail and excellent follow-through.
• Capacity to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
