Job Description – Business Analyst (Salesforce Sales Cloud)

Job Summary:

An experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud to bridge business needs with technology solutions. The role focuses on gathering requirements, optimizing sales processes, and ensuring successful CRM implementation aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and process documentation.
• Good understanding of using AI to help Sales team improve productivity
• Act as a liaison between business teams and Salesforce technical teams.
• Design and optimize Sales Cloud processes including lead, opportunity, account, and pipeline management.
• Configure Salesforce features such as Flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and page layouts.
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend scalable, best-practice solutions.
• Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and demos.
• Lead UAT by preparing test cases and ensuring successful validation.
• Ensure data quality, reporting accuracy, and CRM governance.
• Provide end-user support, training, and drive adoption initiatives.

Required Skills \& Experience:

• 8\+ years in Business Analysis with at least 5 years in Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, and core CRM concepts.
• Experience with Agile methodology and tools like JIRA/Confluence.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Technical Skills:

• Salesforce configuration (Flows, Reports, Dashboards).
• Understanding of integrations (APIs – basic level).
• Experience in process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart).
