Business Analyst – Reporting

Role Overview:

We are hiring a Business Analyst (Reporting) to drive end-to-end reporting excellence across Operations, Finance, and customer stakeholders. This role sits at the intersection of business and data—owning requirement translation, dashboard design, validation, and delivery governance—while enabling data-led decision-making and automation at scale.

What You’ll Own:

• Requirement to Delivery:

Translate business needs into clear BRDs, KPIs, and user stories

• Stakeholder Leadership:

Act as the single point of contact for reporting across functions

• Data-to-Insights:

Design intuitive dashboards with strong storytelling (Power BI/Tableau)

• Quality \& Validation:

Lead IAT/UAT, ensuring accuracy, logic, and business alignment

• Cross-Functional Execution:

Work closely with Data Engineering, BI, and Product teams

• Automation \& Efficiency:

Drive reporting automation and reduce manual dependencies

• Governance \& Tracking:

Manage timelines, risks, change requests, and sign-offs

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong experience in requirement gathering, BRDs, and reporting lifecycle
• Solid hands-on with

SQL, Excel, Power BI/Tableau

• Good understanding of

data flow, ETL, and reporting logic

• Ability to convert business problems into actionable insights
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• High ownership, attention to detail, and execution focus

Experience \& Background:

• 5–8 years in Business Analysis / MIS / Reporting / Data Analytics
• Proven experience in dashboard/reporting delivery \& validation
• Exposure to Operations, Finance, or Supply Chain domains preferred
