They’re now hiring a Business Analyst in Wichita, Kansas, who will take ownership of Procore, build dashboards and reporting tools in Power BI, create SOPs, improve workflows, and identify practical ways to use AI and automation across the business.

This isn’t a role where you’ll sit on the sidelines. You’ll work directly with leadership and help shape how the company uses technology, processes, and data as it continues to grow.

Base salary: $70,000–$100,000 \+ Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k match 5%,

Location: Wichita, Kansas

Schedule: In office

Experience needed:

• 2\+ years in business analysis, systems administration, process improvement, project management, or a related field

• Experience implementing, administering, or supporting enterprise software platforms; Procore experience is strongly preferred

• Strong understanding of business process mapping, workflow design, and documentation

• Knowledge of AI and automation tools, with the ability to identify practical business applications

• A self-motivated, continuous-improvement mindset and an interest in helping a growing construction company scale
