Business Analyst

Connectly Recruiting is partnering with a consulting services company on a large-scale modernization initiative seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the transformation of a complex regulatory platform environment. This is a high-visibility opportunity for a BA who thrives in stakeholder-facing environments and enjoys helping organizations modernize systems, processes, and workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead requirements gathering and stakeholder interviews with business SMEs

• Document current-state and future-state business processes

• Develop business requirements documents, workflows, and user stories

• Collaborate closely with technical teams in an Agile/Scrum environment

• Support business process reengineering and modernization efforts

• Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and related Agile ceremonies

• Assist with UAT coordination and validation activities as needed

Preferred Background:

• 5\+ years of Business Analyst experience within enterprise environments

• Experience supporting system modernization or digital transformation initiatives

• Strong requirements elicitation and process mapping experience

• Experience working directly with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps

• Experience with Visio, Figma, workflow tools, or related documentation platforms is a plus

• Experience working within government, regulatory, healthcare, or highly regulated environments is beneficial
