with Finance domain having 5-10 years of experience

, possesses a strong foundation in business analysis methodologies and frameworks.

• The role focuses on translating business needs into actionable insights through effective requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong analytical skills are utilized for evaluating business processes and identifying areas for improvement, while understanding data analytics aids in interpreting data trends and insights.
• The ability to create detailed business requirements documents and facilitate workshops ensures alignment on project deliverables.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential for constant interaction with various stakeholders, influencing decision-making, and driving project success.
• A Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) or a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Business Analytics or Data Analytics is required, and a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA) certification is preferred.
