Business Analyst (Service \& Experience Focused)

Purpose of the role:
Support experience and service design delivery by translating guest journeys and service concepts into clear, implementable process flows and requirements for digital and operational delivery teams.

Core responsibilities / skill set
✅
Translate experience and service design concepts into:
- Current‑state and future‑state process flows
- Business and functional requirements
- Acceptance criteria for delivery teams
✅
Produce service‑led process documentation, including:
- Frontstage and backstage service flows
- Handoffs, dependencies, and failure points
- Operational impacts and system touchpoints
✅
Work closely with:
- UI/UX Designers (to align flows with digital interfaces)
- Customer Experience Managers (to preserve experience intent)
- Digital / IT and Operations teams (to support delivery)
✅Support pilots, rollouts, and operational change initiatives by ensuring processes are delivery‑ready and scalable

Required Experience \& Skills
- Strong background in process flow analysis and mapping
- Proven experience translating:
-Guest journeys
-Service design outputs
- into operational and system processes
- Experience working in guest‑facing or service‑based environments
- Comfortable operating between experience, digital, and operational teams
- Experience supporting technology‑enabled services (apps, CRM, platforms)
