Business Analyst - PERM - Northampton (Onsite) - £50,000pa
My Client are looking for a Business Analyst to join their IT Team. This role will be key in driving innovation, improving operational efficiency and supporting the successful delivery of digital transformation initiatives.
They are looking for candidates with
- Strong experience of digital transformations, adoption and change management
- A product-focused and problem-solving mindset
- Experience in digital, technology or client-facing settings
- Strong knowledge of automation, workflow optimisation and process-reengineering
