About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven

Business Analyst

to join our growing team. In this role, you will analyze business needs, improve processes, and contribute to the development of scalable solutions across various projects.

You will act as a bridge between technical and business teams, ensuring that requirements are clearly understood and translated into actionable deliverables.

Candidates with experience in

e-money and payment institution processes

as well as

wallet applications

will be strongly preferred.

General Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields
• 4–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role
• Experience in e-money and payment institution processes and wallet applications
• Experience in API integrations and service testing
• Ability to perform data validation and analysis using SQL
• Strong knowledge of log analysis and issue tracking
• Familiarity with Agile / Scrum and/or Waterfall methodologies
• End-to-end experience in SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) processes
• Proficient in JIRA, Confluence, MS Office, and similar tools
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and multi-priority environment

Responsibilities

• Analyze project requests and business needs, define and clarify scope
• Conduct cost, risk, and dependency analysis
• Gather requirements with business units and define acceptance criteria
• Communicate requirements to development teams and coordinate delivery processes
• Plan and manage testing activities
• Actively participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Manage release processes for mobile, backend, and back-office systems
• Monitor live systems, identify improvement areas, and take necessary actions
• Ensure alignment with SLA and project objectives
• Handle reporting and support requests from business units
• Prepare and maintain process, technical, and user documentation

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Law No. 6493 and fintech regulations
• Experience in wallet, cashback, ledger, and transaction flow systems
• Proven involvement in at least one end-to-end product release
• Knowledge of KYC / KYB processes
