Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Analyst. The Business Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, as well as design and optimize business processes. Key responsibilities include identifying pain points, developing data-driven recommendations, and serving as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders. The role also involves enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring solutions align with organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and Business Analysis expertise, with the ability to assess complex datasets and derive actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in defining and analyzing Business Processes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  • Exceptional Communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and translate business needs into actionable requirements.
  • Experience in gathering and documenting Business Requirements to support the development of tailored solutions.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and effective solutions.
  • Familiarity with customer support operations, fintech, SaaS, or marketplace environments is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
