About the Opportunity

An entrepreneurial real estate and hospitality platform is seeking an AI-native, highly analytical Business Systems Associate to help build the company's internal operating system from the ground up.

Working directly with ownership and alongside department leaders across operations, finance, accounting, HR, construction, property management, and hospitality, this individual will be responsible for centralizing business intelligence, integrating data across multiple platforms, and developing a proprietary dashboard that provides leadership with real-time visibility into company performance.

What You'll Do

• Partner with leadership and department heads to understand workflows, reporting needs, and operational challenges across the organization.
• Design, build, and maintain a centralized business intelligence and AI platform that aggregates data across multiple business units.
• Integrate data from third-party systems, APIs, databases, and software platforms into a unified reporting environment.
• Develop dashboards, KPI tracking tools, forecasting models, and real-time performance reporting.
• Build AI-powered workflows, automations, and internal tools that improve operational efficiency and decision-making.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Continuously expand platform functionality by adding new integrations, dashboards, reporting capabilities, and AI features.
• Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology solutions across the organization.

Ideal Background

• 0-3 years of experience in operations, analytics, business systems, technology, consulting, data, or a related field.
• Passion for AI, automation, emerging technologies, and solving complex business problems.
• Experience working with APIs, system integrations, dashboards, databases, reporting tools, or workflow automation platforms.
• Familiarity with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, OpenAI, Airtable, Retool, Zapier, Make, Tableau, Looker, Power BI, SQL, Python, or similar technologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Comfortable working across multiple teams and business functions.
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to build systems from scratch.
