Job Overview:

As a Business Analyst, you will be part of the Regional Project Management Office (PMO) to work on product delivery. You will also liaise with stakeholders and partners/vendors on activities such as requirements analysis, testing and implementation to deliver leading edge digital capabilities for our customers.

Responsibilities:

•Work closely with the Regional Product Manager to define product strategy and roadmap.

•Liaise with Regional Technical Team to ensure deliverables are delivered on time and budget

•Deliver Business Requirement Documents (BRD) with prioritized features and corresponding justification

•Work with internal and external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities

•Run daily SCRUMs, Sprint Planning and Retrospectives with the respective assigned development teams

•Work with internal/external Teams in all testing activities throughout the product lifecycle

•Coordinate go-live pre-requisites and be responsible for the launch and support of the product

Requirements:

•Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, with some background in technology.

•Experience in Agile and Waterfall software development cycle.

•Has an analytical mindset and excellent problem analysis skill

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

•A good Team player who is also independent and able to work well across different functions in a dynamic environment.

•Experience in documenting process flows and user story using Draw.io or Microsoft Visio

•Certified SCRUM Master / Product Owner will be an advantage
