The Role
- Analyze current legacy systems to identify inefficiencies
- Translate business needs into actionable, technical solutions
- Improve and meet program goals through effective solutions
- Document requirements and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Structure abstract ideas into clear business requirements
What You'll Need
- 8\+ years of experience in business analysis
- Proven ability to analyze complex systems and identify improvements
- Strong communication skills to translate business needs into technical specifications
- Experience with requirements documentation and UAT processes
- Ability to work with program and project teams
