We are looking for a high-impact analyst to bridge the gap between complex business strategy and high-performance data engineering, transforming raw data into actionable intelligence for a massive enterprise operation.

As a key member of the Business Data Strategy \& Business Technology (BDSBT) team, you will act as the architect of requirements, translating executive intent into technical specifications for data transformation and analytics. This is a chance to influence enterprise data strategy and drive operational efficiency at a scale few companies can offer.

The Role

• Translate complex business intent into crystal-clear technical specifications, data flows, and integration points for engineering and vendor teams.

• Partner with Data Architects and Engineers to validate technical feasibility and ensure all solutions align with enterprise data governance and metadata standards.

• Drive structured prioritization across multiple workstreams to accelerate the delivery of governed, actionable insights for the business.

• Serve as a strategic consultant during the design and build phases of data products, ensuring high-quality outcomes and minimal delivery risk.

• Document dependencies, sequencing, and semantic layer alignments to maintain transparency and consistency across the data ecosystem.

What You'll Need

• 6\+ years of experience in Business Analysis or Systems Analysis, with at least 3 years specifically focused on technical specifications for data engineering.

• Proven expertise in Data Governance principles, including metadata management, data quality, and compliance standards.

• Strong familiarity with Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI and an understanding of embedded analytics use cases.

• Direct experience working with Salesforce data structures and reporting capabilities within a complex enterprise environment.

• Technical literacy in data architecture concepts, including semantic layers, data flows, and Agile/Waterfall delivery methodologies.
