Business Analyst \| £33,000 - £35,000
We're working with a leading pharmaceutical distribution specialist and healthcare logistics innovator on this exciting opportunity. We are looking for a data-driven professional to bridge the gap between complex business operations and technical solutions within a highly regulated environment.
This role is perfect for a process-driven analyst who thrives on translating stakeholder needs into actionable functional requirements. You will play a pivotal part in streamlining workflows across multiple departments, ensuring operational excellence in a fast-paced supply chain setting.
The Role
- Lead the implementation and lifecycle support of critical business information systems across diverse internal departments to drive efficiency.
- Gather and document complex business requirements by engaging with stakeholders, converting them into technical user stories for development teams.
- Map and document existing "As-Is" business processes and workflows to identify bottlenecks and design "To-Be" optimized solutions.
- Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) programmes, ensuring applications meet design specifications and maintain strict compliance with GMP and GDP standards.
- Provide data-led insights and recommendations to senior leadership, identifying risks and interdependencies across multiple project streams.
What You'll Need
- Proven experience working within application project teams, specifically during the elicitation and requirements gathering phase.
- Advanced MS Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and creating tools to enable consistent process adherence.
- Strong understanding of Project Management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, Sprint, and Waterfall frameworks.
- Solid grasp of IT architecture and engineering principles to effectively communicate with technical developers and engineers.
- Exceptional documentation skills with the ability to write clear SOPs, technical functional requirements, and detailed project reports.
