Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced

Business Analyst

with strong expertise in

Islamic Banking products and Core Banking systems

. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with

Flexcube or Finacle

, along with deep understanding of

account opening and lending workflows

within banking environments.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analyst (BA)

• Gather and document

business requirements for Islamic banking and financing journeys

.

• Work closely with stakeholders to analyze

core banking processes and lending workflows

.

• Prepare

BRD, FRD, process flows, and functional specifications

.

• Support system implementation for

Flexcube or Finacle platforms

.

• Analyze

account opening, lending, and financing processes

.

• Coordinate with development and QA teams during implementation and testing phases.
• Ensure business requirements are aligned with banking regulations and operational needs.

Required Skills

Must Have

• Experience working in

Islamic Banking domain

(Murabaha, Ijarah, etc.).

• Hands-on experience with

Flexcube or Finacle Core Banking system

.

• Strong knowledge of

banking workflows such as account opening and lending

.

• Experience working with

banking product implementation or transformation projects

.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in

digital banking transformation projects

.

• Knowledge of

regulatory compliance and banking operations

.

• Agile or Scrum project experience.
