Business Analyst

Role and Responsibilities:

▪ Coding \& Data Pipelines: Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines using Python and SQL and automate reporting workflows and ensure data accuracy across systems

▪ AI \& Innovative Solutioning: Leverage AI/LLM-based tools, automation, and analytical frameworks for trend prediction, consumer insights, and creative performance analysis - driving impact with a self- starter mindset

▪ KPI Analysis \& Reporting: Define, develop, and communicate KPIs to leadership; own those metrics end-to-end and drive continuous improvement

▪ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with business teams across the organization to embed data- driven decision making into day-to-day operations

What we are looking for:

1\. 1\+ years of experience as a business/data analyst

2\. Must have proficiency in SQL, Python and BI tools

3\. Having an analytical mindset. A knack for analyzing data with a solid foundation in math and statistics.

4\. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate effectively with the business stakeholders

5\. A strong aptitude for leveraging AI/LLM tools and machine learning techniques to extract actionable insights and drive strategic decisions

6\. Preferably BTech from a reputed engineering college
