Business Analyst

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, analyze processes, gather requirements, and deliver data-driven solutions that improve operational efficiency and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders

Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories

Conduct gap analysis and process improvement assessments

Collaborate with product, technology, and operations teams

Prepare business requirement documents BRD and functional requirement documents FRD

Support user acceptance testing and validation processes

Create dashboards, reports, and performance analysis

Identify risks, issues, and opportunities for improvement

Facilitate meetings and present findings to leadership

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related field

2 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience in requirement gathering and documentation

Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL, or similar analytical tools

Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in IT, fintech, ecommerce, or SaaS industry

Certification such as CBAP, CCBA, or PMI PBA

Knowledge of data analysis tools such as Python or Tableau

Experience working with remote or global teams
