IDR is seeking a

Business Analyst

to join one of our top clients for Ridgeland, MS. This role involves supporting key operational and technological initiatives by collaborating with leadership, field teams, and IT to optimize processes and improve customer experience. The company operates within a dynamic industry, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency and service delivery.

Position Overview for the Business Analyst:

• Lead requirements gathering, process mapping, and data-driven analysis to support multiple key initiatives
• Partner with leadership, field teams, and IT to identify inefficiencies and define solutions
• Deliver scalable solutions that reduce costs, increase operational efficiency, and improve customer experience
• Support projects such as ServiceNow FSM implementation, MDU optimization, and field productivity improvements
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful project outcomes

Requirements for the Business Analyst:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5\+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, etc.)
• Data analysis skills, with Excel and SQL experience preferred
