Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Analyst located in Chicago, IL. The Business Analyst will collaborate with teams to gather, document, and analyze business requirements, identify areas for process improvement, and recommend effective solutions. The role involves conducting data analysis, preparing reports, and ensuring that project deliverables align with organizational goals. Additionally, the Business Analyst will serve as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders to facilitate communication and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Strong Business Analysis and Business Process understanding, including the ability to analyze workflows, identify gaps, and recommend solutions
• Proficient in defining and documenting Business Requirements to ensure alignment with project goals
• Excellent Analytical Skills for gathering, interpreting, and leveraging data to drive decisions
• Outstanding Communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Proficiency with business analysis tools and techniques; familiarity with Microsoft Cloud is a plus
• Ability to work on-site in Chicago, IL, and demonstrate a proactive, solution-oriented approach
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
• Ability to perform pre sales demos and presentations is a plus
