Business Analyst

Role Overview

This role involves driving B2B fleet partnerships and business growth for Indofast Energy across assigned markets. The individual will be responsible for identifying fleet opportunities, onboarding partners, managing key accounts, and driving battery-swapping adoption within the EV ecosystem.

Roles \& Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard fleet partners across EV mobility ecosystem including logistics, delivery, and mobility operators.
• Drive end-to-end B2B sales cycle including lead generation, client meetings, negotiations, and closures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet owners, operators, and key stakeholders.
• Understand client requirements and position Indofast’s battery-swapping solutions accordingly.
• Ensure achievement of monthly business targets and revenue growth across assigned territories.
• Collaborate with internal operations and deployment teams for seamless partner onboarding and execution.
• Conduct regular market mapping and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
• Drive partner engagement and ensure long-term account growth and retention.
• Maintain regular reporting on sales pipeline, closures, and market insights.

Desired Skills \& Experience:

• 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, fleet sales, or business development.
• Prior experience in EV, automotive, mobility, logistics, or energy sector preferred.
• Strong understanding of fleet operations and partnership management.
• Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with extensive field travel and market expansion activities.
• Self-driven individual with strong ownership and execution mindset.

Qualification:

Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).

Preferred Background:

Candidates from EV, automotive, mobility, leasing, logistics, or fleet management companies will be preferred.
