Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Analyst based in Gurugram. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business operations, defining and assessing business requirements, and identifying opportunities for improvement. The role includes collaborating with stakeholders to understand processes and objectives, evaluating data to provide recommendations, and ensuring smooth execution of business strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Analytical Skills and Business Analysis to interpret data and identify trends for decision-making.
• Demonstrated expertise in Business Process and understanding of Business Requirements to ensure effective execution of projects.
• Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders effectively.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities, with attention to detail and an ability to meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Prior experience in a similar role or in the healthcare/child development industry is advantageous.
