Job Description
We're Hiring: Business Analyst
New York, NY (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite)
We're looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional to bridge the gap between business needs and product execution
Tools: AI, Linear, Notion, Slack, GSuite, Figma, PowerPoint,
process-mapping (Miro/Lucidchart/Visio)
What You'll Do
:
- Gather and refine complex business requirements into detailed functional specifications and acceptance criteria
- Own documentation that supports engineering, testing, and long-term product scalability
- Lead QA and UAT efforts, including test planning, test case creation, defect triage, and validation
- Partner with design teams to create wireframes and user workflows
- Work directly with clients, facilitate workshops, and translate feedback into product improvements
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate documentation, specification writing, and test case generation
What We're Looking For:
- 4–5 years of Business Analysis, Product Delivery, Consulting, or Implementation experience
- Expertise in requirements gathering, functional specifications, UAT, QA testing, and traceability
- Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with high ownership
- Comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity and delivery quality
- Financial Services, FinTech, Credit Operations, or Loan Markets experience is a plus.
