Are you passionate about turning business challenges into data-driven solutions? We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our dynamic team and play a key role in shaping impactful, scalable solutions.

• Only Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents (PRs) are eligible to apply

🔍 What You’ll Do

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user behavior studies

• Gather and translate business needs into clear requirements (BRD, user stories, acceptance criteria)

• Define KPIs and build dashboards (Power BI / Tableau / Excel) to track performance

• Analyse processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams

• Support UAT, validate solutions, and ensure business alignment

• Communicate insights through reports, presentations, and data storytelling

🎯 What We’re Looking For

✔️ 2–5 years of experience in Business Analysis / Product Analysis

✔️ Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management

✔️ Experience with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps)

✔️ Knowledge of APIs, system integrations, and data structures

✔️ Hands-on experience with dashboards \& reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel)

✔️ Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical thinking

💡 Nice to Have

• Certifications: CBAP / CCBA / PMI-PBA / CSPO / Agile

• Experience in digital transformation or enterprise environments

• Exposure to UX research or service design
