Summary:

The Business Analyst is primarily responsible for the collection of requirements and documentation of processes. This role will interact with internal and external stakeholders and play a key role in developing the maturity of OneDigital’s corporate PMO.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

• Drive identification of business requirements and identify process improvements through interactions with stakeholders and analysis of data
• Develop optimization strategies by maintaining regular reviews of business processes
• Serve as a liaison between business operations and technical teams
• Support PMO initiatives by maintaining and updating project requirements
• Articulates technical concepts to business stakeholders
• Works collaboratively across with technical and operational staff
• Maintains highest level of service standard

Qualifications, Skills and Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to create and maintain detailed technical documents
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to travel up to 50% (project based)
• Ability to establish and maintain collaborative working relationships with others of all levels
• Ability to work with clients and partners at a strategic level

Education, Training and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required;
• 1-3 years experience in an analyst, industrial engineering, or process optimization role
• Human Capital, IT, or startup experience preferred

Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
